Fold Quran: Two-Page Mushaf
Fold Quran is a calm, simple Quran reader. On iPhone Duo it becomes a real two-page mushaf that opens like a book. A MUSHAF ON TWO PAGES Open the phone and the Quran lies open in your hands: the right-hand page first, the fold as the spine, a swipe to turn the page. The Uthmani text is set page by page, 604 pages, as in a printed mushaf. TRANSLATION BESIDE THE ARABIC Keep the Arabic on the right page and a translation on the left, verse for verse. Tap a verse on either side and both light up. VERSE BY VERSE Read each verse with up to two translations under it. RECITATION Play the recitation of any verse, or let it continue verse after verse while the text follows along. KHATM AND BOOKMARKS Follow your progress through the whole Quran, set a plan to finish by a date, and bookmark the places you want to return to. Find any surah, juz or page in a moment. An optional daily reminder helps you keep your plan. CLOSED, ON THE OUTER DISPLAY Folded, Fold Quran shows your khatm progress, a verse of the day and one button to continue where you stopped. Open the phone and the mushaf is on that page. WIDGETS A verse of the day and your khatm progress on the Home Screen. WORKS OFFLINE The Quran text and translations are inside the app. Only the recitation needs a connection: it is streamed verse by verse. FREE, PRIVATE, NO ADS Fold Quran is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no account. It collects no data: your progress and bookmarks stay on your device. SOURCES Quran text and translations from Tanzil (tanzil.net), used under their licences. Recitations from everyayah.com. Fold Quran also runs on other iPhones.

Plan your starting light. Keep the conditions. Learn from your test shots. Flash Distance Calculator is an offline workbench for photographers using one manually controlled flash. It connects a guide-number calculation with saved lighting setups, equipment references and a record of what you actually used. DISTANCE Solve for flash-to-subject distance, manual power or aperture. Enter a guide number with its reference ISO and power, or select a saved optical configuration. Explore the distance response, choose a target exposure offset and see the band for your chosen EV tolerance. Declared hardware powers reveal available settings and their exposure residuals. SETUPS Save a named lighting setup with source conditions, notes and up to five subject positions. Keep successive revisions, compare two model setups and export a PDF lighting card. Reuse actual settings from a trial as a record-only setup when a GN prediction is not appropriate. FLASH KIT Keep your physical flashes and their declared manual powers together with optical configurations. Record zoom, coverage format, illumination pattern, direction and the complete modifier stack. Add a documented reference GN, or save conditions without a GN for later measurement. Published revisions preserve the reference used by earlier plans and tests. TEST SHOTS Start a test from a calculation, saved setup, optical configuration or manual log. Confirm actual settings before recording each trial. Add observations and external meter readings, retain correction history and complete or archive the session. Eligible incident flash-only readings can be reviewed to publish a new measured GN revision. Reports show sample conditions and residuals; a single measured point does not validate other distances. YOUR RECORDS Use meters or feet and choose distance display precision. Export full JSON backups and import validated copies while retaining current records and preferences. Share PDF reports and trial CSV files. CSV numeric values retain stored precision rather than display rounding. Read the privacy statement, method help, version details and licenses inside the app. MODEL SCOPE Predictions use a nominal guide-number model for one direct flash at ordinary full-pulse sync with matching optical conditions. HSS, bounce and large-modifier near-field arrangements support records without a universal distance prediction. EV tolerance is a user-selected tolerance, not a measured accuracy claim. Verify actual exposure with your equipment on location. The app does not measure light or control a flash. Meter readings are entered from an external instrument. No account is required, and core calculations and records work offline. The app interface is in English.
